Saudi Project « Matal » For «Al Mujal » and « Jannat Real-estate » nominated for Gulf real-estate Award

Matal eatery Complex “a real estate project located in Al-Khobar’s Corniche (waterfront)” has been nominated for the best plan award at the “Gulf Real-Estate Awards”, which is the most prestigious competition of its kind in the region, that targets all the companies in the GCC involved in this field. Matal project is considered the only Saudi nominee in the competition, after passing the rigorous standards in terms of concept, design, functions and development values, that are ​​adopted by the award committee, the committee is composed of 27 Arab and international experts, that specialize in real estate development. Matal will be launched in early 2019. Sheikh Mohammad bin Saad Al Mujal, the owner of the project, expressed his pride in this achievement, especially in the midst of a high competition that is set according to high standards. Major international and regional companies operating in the GCC participated in the competition.
